This Privacy Policy explains what information Cedarbrook Worship Sanctuary ("we," "us," or "the chapel") collects when you visit worshipinspiritntruth.com or contact us, and how we use and protect that information. We are a small, locally governed congregation and do not sell, rent, or trade personal information under any circumstances.
When you fill out our contact form, write to us by email, or submit a prayer request, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), and the contents of your message. When you register for a class, event, or our Vacation Bible School, we collect the information required to coordinate that program — typically name, age (for children), an emergency contact, and any relevant allergies or accessibility needs.
Like nearly every website, our hosting provider records basic technical data when your browser requests a page: IP address, browser type, referring page, and the time of the visit. We use this only to keep the site secure and to understand which pages are read. We do not run advertising trackers, social-media pixels, or third-party analytics that build profiles across the web.

Our website is not directed at children under thirteen, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children online. Parents and guardians register children for in-person programs on their behalf.
The site is served over HTTPS. Office records are kept on locked computers accessible only to staff and trusted volunteers who have completed a background check.
